Specifications and manufacturing process:
Batagor is a food consisting of tofu or dumpling skin filled with chopped mackerel fish mixture, wheat flour, garlic and salt. Then fried until crispy. Usually served with typical Bandung peanut sauce and spicy sauce.                            
Mr Handoyo is a batagor trader, more precisely batagor 99. Mr Handoyo works from 2 pm to 10 pm assisted by 1 employee. Mr Handoyo can make 400 batagor every day.
I The following is the calculation of batagor productivity produced per day:

- Work from 2 pm to 10 pm = 8 hours / day = 240 hours/month
- 2 people who make batagor 
- 400 batagor/day= 12,000 batagor/month
Asked: Productivity??
Answer: 
=> Productivity Number of batagors/ (number of people x Number of working hours) 
=> 12,000 batagor / (2 people x 240 hours) 
=>  25 batagors/person/hour

To increase productivity in the statement above, Mr Handoyo can consider the following strategies:                                  

1. Production Planning: Planning batagor production more efficiently by arranging work sequences and raw materials well so that the time used is more efficient.
2. Quality Control: Ensuring that the batagor produced remains of good quality so that it does not take a lot of time to correct errors or dispose of bad products.
3. Time Management: Monitor and manage employee work time more effectively to ensure that all working hours are used optimally.
4. Increased Production Capacity: If demand continues to increase, consider increasing production capacity by increasing the number of employees or working hours.

Mr. Iwan is a barber at Iwan's Barber Shop. Mr. Iwan works from 08.00 to 20.00 and is open every day. Mr. Iwan can shave around 450 customers every month. Mr. Iwan has 1 employee who helps him every day. The following is a calculation of the barber's barber productivity every month:

- Work from 08.00 to 20.00 = 12 hours / day
- Work every day = 30 working days a month
- Working hours for a month = (12 hours x 30 days) = 360 hours / month
- 450 Customers/month
- 2 people shaving hair

Answer:
=>  Number of people shaved per month / (number of people x number of hours worked)
Productivity
=> 450 customers / (2 people x 360 hours)
=> 450 Customers / 720 hours
=> 0.6 Customers / hour / person

To increase productivity at Iwan's Barber Shop, Mr. Iwan can consider the following actions:

1. Employee Training: Provide training to employees to increase speed and skills in shaving hair. By increasing employee efficiency, they can serve more customers at the same time.
2. Good Time Management: Monitor and manage time well, ensure that each customer does not take too long, and organize appointments efficiently.
